The public review period has concluded, and the Final Public Hearing Draft Downtown Specific Plan and appendices are now available here.

 

​An Open House and Steering Committee meeting were separately held on February 17, 2026, to review the Downtown Specific Plan draft. Applicable comments have been incorporated into the Final Public Hearing Draft. The Plan is tentatively scheduled for Planning Commission on May 13, 2026, and City Council on June 3, 2026.

​

​An additional Steering Committee meeting will be held on April 13, 2026, to discuss the committee’s ongoing role in plan implementation.
