The study area is separated by the railroad and is limited by only five areas to cross between the sides of the tracks. An important aspect of the Specific Plan effort is to explore ways to create better connectivity between the two sides of the Downtown and to reinvent Main Street as a vibrant place for people to live, work, stay, and play.
